Hi, I’m Jason

Have you or a loved one struggled with OCD for a long time? Has the OCD either worsened or continued to significantly interfere with functioning in daily life? Being tormented by excessive thoughts that go against one’s personal values and attempting to stop, control or neutralize these thoughts with compulsive behaviours or mental rituals is the cycle of OCD. The good news is that breaking this cycle is possible. Common emotions that you are probably feeling are anxiety, distress, frustration, guilt, shame, depression, anger, and hopelessness. Please understand that you are not alone as OCD affects 2% of the entire population.
Imagine not performing repetitive time consuming compulsions. Picture yourself with more time, energy, and motivation to have a life that is aligned with your values. All of this is possible with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is the most evidence-based treatment for OCD. I also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I trust that we can fight back and win against your OCD together. I want to walk alongside you as well as provide all of the necessary tools and skills so that you can have a rich and meaningful life moving forward in your recovery journey. As an individual with lived experience with OCD, I am passionate and dedicated to helping you and your loved ones.
